In accordance with Decree. 185 of 22\/05\/99, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice by registered letter A \/ R addressed to:<\/p>\n

\nFollowing the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer, within 15 working days from date of receipt.
\nReturned products must be intact.
\nUpon receipt of the rejected products, RITA RICCIO will refund the sums paid by the consumer.
\nRefund will be free, in the shortest time possible and in any casewithin 30 days from the date of RITA RICCIO became aware of the right of withdrawal part of the consumer.<\/p>\n
